Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All U.S. orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our facility in Pennsylvania.

  • Economy Shipping: Flat rate $5.00 for all domestic orders.

  • Priority Shipping: Flat rate $15.00 for all domestic orders.

  • Free Shipping: Orders $250 or more ship free within the United States.

  • Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on the selected shipping method and your location.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Greece, and Australia.
All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority (depending on your selection at checkout).

Express Option:
FedEx International Priority (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for a $65 flat rate.


Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country upon delivery.
We are unable to mark orders as gifts or alter customs values.


Processing & Order Changes

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee edits or address changes after fulfillment begins.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates only. Weather events, customs delays, or carrier issues may occasionally extend transit times.


Tracking & Support

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
If you have questions about your shipment, please contact our team at tara@theskinsciencecollective.com and include your order number.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We ensure all shipments. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please email tara@theskinsciencecollective.com within 7 days of delivery notice so we can investigate with the carrier.


Additional Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some skincare products containing active ingredients may not be available for export to all regions due to import restrictions.
