FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the medical-grade nature of our skincare products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final once shipped. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make it right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing tara@theskinsciencecollective.com
Include:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged item or packaging

We will issue a replacement or store credit once reviewed.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found:

Check with neighbors or household members
Contact your local post office

If it still can’t be located, please email us at tara@theskinsciencecollective.com within 5 business days of the delivery notice.
We’ll do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for stolen packages.
